Terrible Service dont honor their return policy bought a manual crank drain snake used it once but didnt work out bc it couldnt fit in drain so tried returning it they wouldnt let me return it even tho I had it for one hour even tho the sign says minimum 7 days of returning the item,bad customer service

I highly recommend this hardware store. It's much cheaper than Home Depot or Ace hardware, but even better than that, the staff is so helpful. They'll find what you need and answer all your hardware questions. Feels like I'm talking to my dad haha

Came in because we had our whee barrel tire pop and was looking for a replacement inner tube. I was greeted by one of the Brothers immediately and he was able to find the tube. He also double checked with his brother to make sure it was the right one. He saw I was in a bind and took the time to help me remove the punctured inner tube and even helped put the new one in. Super friendly and helpful, will be coming back for my hardware needs. Thanks again Ziggy!

This place is expensive because they know it's a pain to get to home depot if you're working in the area.The restrictions were lifted a while ago and until recently they wouldn't let you walk in and shop, on top of that before Covid they would follow you around as if you were going to steal something. Do not shop here unless absolutely necessary.

I came here to buy some items, purchase was about $15 and the worker insisted to see my ID. I provided him my signed credit card and VISA does not allow stores to ask for ID. I walked out.
