Needed to fix an industrial style sink faucet and they were 90% sure what I needed and asked to see the entire assembly to be certain. After taking the parts back we confirmed they had what I needed and they even had free coffee for me while they messed with part of the faucet for me. Oh, and they beat the big guys price without me saying anything. Great experience today thanks Martin Plumbing

I arrived asking for a part of a bathroom key, the employee did not know what he was talking about despite showing him a photo with the model. He went to a man at a desk and said that he did have the piece but it was not complete and he told me a ridiculously expensive price, but that was not the problem, the problem was that when he saw that I was surprised by his prices, he looked at me with an arrogance and displeasure that bothered me, then he began to brag about his tennis shoes that were very expensive, something that was irrelevant. It is a real disgust of service and customer service, I do not recommend it

I was in the market for a hand snake to clean my kitchen sink. The employee Louie was really helpful in picking out the best machine for me. The man at the desk offered me hot coffee and donuts, that was a good touch. Over all I had a great experience and Im happy with my product.
