Roben is one of the nicest people Ive ever met. He has the most unique handbag styles in downtown for our warehouse stores around New York. We have shopped here over 20 times in the past 10 years and find him and his establishment a pleasure to deal with.

This is my first time using this company. It is hard trying to find quality merchandise. If I could I would give no zeros. I order a product from them and the merchandise came broken. I sent an email and no responded within those eight days. I called and spoke with Jay who wasn't professional. He stated that I couldn't hear him because I was using my cell phone and he was on a landline. I call people everyday from my cell and they're using a landline with no problems of hearing him. He needed to speak up so I could hear him. He claimed he couldn't find my order number and needed it to proceed. I provided my info and I guessed he miraculously found it. Jay said he needs a picture and I informed him that I sent all that info via the email address on the website which no one has responded in eight days. He offered a 5% discount. I refused because all I wanted was a replacement of the broken product. He goes on and say that I need to use my insurance and the he tells me that another guy is over my case and will call me. Do you think I heard from them? No, I haven't. I sent another email on the same day of the phone call with the same info. That was five days ago and still no response. I wanted to love this company but I can't when they're not professional, don't return phone calls and won't answer emails.

Great handbags and great customer service by Jay for calling me when they were out of one of my items. He called to inform me instead of just shipping my items and letting me find out when I get my box that all my items are not there. Thanks Jay
