I recently joined the amazing Athlete With In gym located in downtown LA, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The cold plunge memebrship they offer has been an absolute game changer for me. After my intense kickboxing training sessions, the cold plunge works wonders for my recovery, helping to soothe my muscles and rejuvenate my body. I've also noticed a significant boost in my overall mood and energy levels.
The Athlete Within gym itself is spotless, with clean facilities and top-notch equipment. The welcoming atmosphere they've created makes working out here a pleasure, and I always look forward to my next visit.
A special shoutout to Onique, who made the sign-up process a breeze with her exceptional assistance, and to Janelle, who has been an incredible help in setting up each session and accommodating my needs. Their professionalism and friendly attitude truly make a difference, and I'm grateful to have them as part of my fitness journey.
