Second time I write a similar post.... I really like this store and I love the staff BUT..... expired products should not be "on sale". I worked in a mini market before; expired merchandise is usually taken away from the shelves until the company arrives, picks the stuff and then gives credit to the store. I usually buy my groceries in this store. The place has a lot of variety in different items and it's pretty easy to move around the aisles. The staff is very cool also! HOWEVER.... It has come to my attention that this location sells a lot of expired products. Like this lemonade! This is the end of July 2023 and they keep selling expired stuff from November 2022! Plus they do not even give it away for the minimum price! Unbelievable!

Extremely rude disrespectful staff zero customer service skills even the manager as well give me hateful look very bad attitude they refused to give me credit back for the bad frozen food that sell at Ralph I got sick had to seek medical treatment still one employee was on register saying he is supervisor he start opening the box kept saying you ate the food he wont give me credit back he said that loud over and over again why humiliating customer for $5 bad food sold at Ralph, then there was female employees standing there start laughing at me then I ask for manager he was standing by that woman hold fixing some boxes when I asked him to help me he turned around very angry saying he clock out hour ago I was surprised he is still working after clock out finally they literally kicked me out of the store after that humiliation what kind of management and who supervised that kind of behavior at work unprofessional rude disrespectful reckless behavior staff just mooching my money and treated me like they own the Ralph store and do whatever they want it
