Cutest local market. Love the floral and food selection. I come here often for their sandwiches. Vik is an absolute delight. So friendly and puts a lot of love into his work. It's always a treat to come here.

This overpriced store has such disappointing care for customers that if they only focused 10% more on training, increasing staff pay, improving appreciation for their customers, they could see a significant increase in customer satisfaction, sales and profitability. Almost all staff are lack motivation, seem annoyed by customers, arent service trained or oriented, or have hopeless outlooks. Seven Recent Visits: 1. Butcher was unwilling to help in the deli area 2. Deli person rolled their eyes in disgust at my selection 3. Produce stocker waited impatiently for busy shoppers in the area, pursing lips in disgust at their presence 4. A sandwich counter supervisor guy sarcastically called to a fellow employee, do you MIND helping customers? then later openly carried on what probably should have been a private HR conversation about a another coworkers desire for a lunch break. Using very harsh language with their subordinate, the supervisor spoke poorly of their fellow employee in front of others, showing a lack of respect for the coworker and customers. 5. Have you seen the perpetual offering of (brown and overcooked) green beans in the overpriced hot food bar? 6. Checker wouldnt bag my stuff. Instead, they tossed a bag at me. 7. Another time, the checker didnt bag $10 eggs I purchased. I was home before realizing the eggs were missing. Later I returned with my receipt to ask for my missing eggs, the clerk initially refused to give them to me or provide a refund. The clerk tried to push me off saying I needed to contact accounting to solve the matter. It was a hassle for sure, but I pressed, asking for a managers help. They reluctantly gave me the eggs and a bad attitude. Their presumption of theft was apparent, which was troubling and dismally serviceable. I return the this store because its a walkable option, and one lady in the Sandwich area is nice. There is another nice guy in the bakery, though he did ask if I was hiring because he was looking for better places to work. I guess I can see why. Ive been there about 15 times. Its always the priciest option, has a disappointing selection and offer the worst service experience. Should I just stop going? Finally, this review was first posted months ago, and a business representative has not responded. That says a lot.
