B&R Construction

We recently remodeled our two bathrooms. B & R Construction took care of the entire project. They helped with the design and came up with some really practical one cool ideas. They took care of the permits and managed all city inspections. The project was on time and within budget. Unfortunately we had to dish out some additional money on some change orders. However, they were all justified. When the tiles were removed we discovered that a substantial part of the framing behind the tiles was affected with termites and dry rot. B & R made us aware of it and we discussed options. They gave us a fair price and even the city inspector was impressed by the quality and detail in workmanship B & R Construction displayed. We can highly recommend them. The staff and construction workers are all very considerate, polite and professional.

Been wanting to write this review while I was still in the middle of my project but I decided to wait until Bradco and B&R finished up completely. You never know what can happen at the very end and I'm happy to stay that these guys did such a terrific job on my 2 bathroom remodel. I used them 4 years ago on my remodel and decided to wait on my bathrooms due to my budget. Finally ended up doing the bathrooms which is no easy task but Bradco and B&R was with me every step of the way. Bradco designed 2 beautiful vanities and linen closets which were custom made in their shop. I learned that remodeling your bathroom is very different from other areas of the house. There are a lot of little things to think about and so many different people working in your house, tiles, plumbing electrical. B&R did such a good job managing all those people and it felt pretty seamless. I requested that Manny be my foreman again same as last time and was thrilled that they could accommodate. We had such a good rapport last time. Angela designed my vanities and linen closets for me and definitely steered me in the right direction the style I wanted. Michael the owner was also involved through the way. Not only is he hilarious but he really tells it like it is (in a good way) and talked me out of some really dumb decisions. I'm glad I waited until I could afford what I really wanted, thanks Michael, Angela and Manny for such a terrific job and ending on such a high note.

After several month of delay with the first contractor we hired and no city inspections passed we came to our senses, we fired the guy and went looking for a new contractor. Not a pleasant experience as we already spend part of our budget with the first guy. In the search for a new contractor one of our neighbors' suggested that we contact B & R Construction. They did a remodel for them some years earlier and we were told that these guys are great. We contacted B & R Construction and were very cautious as we did not want to get burned again. We checked their references their contractor’s license and the various insurances. Everything checked out. Apparently they work closely together with Bradco Kitchens. They have a nice showroom on Venice Blvd and we found it convenient that the Cabinet designers and the construction company worked closely together and had an excellent understanding of construction and cabinetry. The team we worked with were completely dedicated to our needs, understood our budget and tried to save us money whenever they could. This was an historic restauration and the city inspector was all over us. Bradco designed each space meticulously and within the style of the house. B & R Construction executed the project with very view hiccups. There was a slight delay in the delivery of the cabinetry but once they were delivered we were extremely pleased by the quality. They were better than what we had expected. We recommend the B & R Construction and the Bradco team highly. They delivered what they promised, passed all the city inspections and are an honest and professional team. We highly recommend the Bradco and B& R team.

Thank you Michael for taking on our project and taking such great care to see it through. B&R Construction is a shining example of excellent service and quality workmanship. They helped us restore several items in our kitchen and I’m thrilled with the final result. Their installers are top notch and these guys really value quality, cleanliness and promptness. Thank you B&R Construction for making our space livable again. I needed to renovate my kitchen and B&R Construction gave excellent service at a reasonable price. Charlie and Michael came to my house for a free estimate and gave me some excellent recommendations on how to maximize my space. This is a small team of professionals who know what they are talking about. Really happy with the end result.

B & R Construction was recommended to us by our Cabinet Designer from Bradco Kitchens. We had embarked on a major home remodel for the house we recently bought. We worked closely with our Kitchen Designer from Bradco and she recommended B&R Construction. We were happy we followed her recommendation, there was great communication, great suggestions which often saved us time and money on the project. It was refreshing to tell our friends how pleased we were with our contractor and that we did not have to experience the horrors we heard from others about their construction experience. We highly recommend B&R Construction and their team.
