My home was built in the 50s and after reading an article about it, we started to have interest in earthquake retrofitting. We learned about a brace and bolt program and luckily for us ended up in one of the correct zip codes. After his inspection he informed me that the home was already retrofitted. Turns out the work didn't need to be done. I appreciate his honesty and I think it shows a lot about the company. I have a family member also interested and I have already recommended Sam.

One piece of Aluminum siding needed to be installed and some corners. Mike is a pleasure to deal with and I would use him again. Great customer service.
