Mini Farm Box

Just go to Lowe's or Home Depot. Zero customer service and if you try to order online, you can't schedule for pickup so you're forced to pay $150 for shipping although their location is 2 miles away from me. Been trying for days to complete this order and have been getting the run around. The phone goes to VM. Same material for $200 less on Amazon. Even if I did get my order, I'm not 100% convinced I would be able to return if I was unhappy with the product. Best of luck

The Mini Farm Boxes are incredible. Made of beautiful cedar that smells incredible, fits together easily, like putting together legos. Worth every penny.

Raised planter beds are wonderful in areas where soil is poor or gardeners wish to have greater control over their gardening environment. I saw their merchandise in an article in Sunset Magazine and decided to order from them. Unfortunately, their service is terrible. It took 3 shipments to receive the 4x8 box ordered. Calls went unanswered and the owner, Connor, didn't seem to care that I was an unhappy customer. Perhaps they are understaffed or don't carefully check orders. Regardless, this company has the WORST customer service and their order fulfillment is careless at best! There are many companies selling raised beds on the internet. I hope that Mini Farm Box gets it's act together. The product is good but be prepared for a frustrating experience!
