Disrespectful, crooks, and acts as if they have no idea how to problem solve and or care about their customers. I wanted a couch. I tried to get it delivered 3 times. So instead of the couch, I tried giving another chance. Told them can they place money for the couch onto a bed set that I wanted. The bed was delivered but they took a month to take the couch off the account. They refuse/ acting as if they dont know how to place my money ($108) from the couch (that was never delivered) onto the bed set. They told me just pay the bill it will work it self out. After this I will never deal with RAC nor will I refer anyone thier way.
