Do not order from this company! I repeat do not order!!! I ordered a Christmas gift for my niece in December and it is April and they never sent it. I cant warm enough. Do not order it may never come.

this company feels like a dropship third party. I have tried multiple times to buy stuff from them and they take ages to ship if at all. I have to cancel my orders as it just never moves. they have great pictures of items but the completion of sales is terribly slow. a real bummer as I wouldve loved to have the items. on a positive note they are processing my refund

Worst services. I ordered one item in November .i was told that i would get it by jan . I thought its fine .Till March thete was not update until i asked them . Finally March they told me April will be the delivery date . I thought forget it just refund my money . They said "14 business " Its been almost 18 business day and when i asked about my refund they are telling me 5 more business .Horrible customer service thia store is fraud . Please don not buy anything from them

I placed an order at the recommendation of Havenly and it's been over a month and I hadn't heard anything. So I reached back out and now they're saying another 6 weeks. I wish I would have seen these reviews earlier

This store is a scam, they have not delivered our rug and it has been over 10 months, they claim it keeps getting pushed, now they have yet to refund us.
