Lamarr Walker will go above and beyond for you. We were in the middle of a very stressful transition from Northern California to Los Angeles, all while abroad in France for a month. Lamarr sent us personalized videos of the potential apartments and worked with our agent to help us get the most comprehensive view of the building, while making the rental process feel comfortable, efficient and professional. We move in soon, so my review now can only cover the leasing process itself. This was the smoothest process for renting (by far) in my life. Lamarr is communicative, makes sure we have every question answered, seems to truly love what he does and we cant wait to move in. Shout out to Addison and Trevor for their additional support. I had a great experience with Lamarr Waller and his commitment to a speedy move-in really saved me. I got screwed out of housing at my university and I basically had nowhere to go and school had started. Honestly, it was very stressful looking around L.A. looking for places and the leasing agents that we spoke to in other complexes seemed very scripted. I was choosing between two places in dtla and then i did one final random look for apartment complexes and I found Sentral Beverly Hills. Lamarr took me on a tour and it was very informative. Between Lamarrs genuineness and empathy for his clients and of course the building itself, I knew that Sentral Beverly Hills was were I had to be. A normal rental process takes a week but Lamarr worked endlessly to significantly reduce that and he was very responsive which was greatly appreciated. Also, the price is very very competitive to other complexes in the area for the location and quality you get!
