Very bad experience with this funeral home after paying them they don't answer the phone and won't call u with any updates on your Loved one they try to get the most money out of you during your grieving time, they switch prices suddenly and dont give you any explanation why. Don't recommend this funeral home but if you have no choice double check your contract and make sure you don't pay for stuff you don't need.

The administration is so disorganized- they called me to pick up the ashes and when we arrived they were not trying to release the ashes to me unless another family member approves. Since when do you need approval from another family member to pick up ashes- if i clearly have the receipt for all the expenses. She tried to say it's protocol but it was clear bias. She then called the other member cellphone and proceeded to ask for permission. She was convinced by the other member to humiliate us. This employee of the funeral home should be held accountable for their wrong doing and negligence
