Back in September 2020, I made a review about the customer service of Harrison Ross. Since they didn't like it, they flagged my post  almost three years later, I will repost my experience of them: Not very sympathetic people when it comes to making arrangements for family, the customer service the lady just gave my aunt and I,  2 minutes ago is baffling. She was very rude, and talked to us as if she were bothering her. I had the wild idea to use them so me and my aunt was trying to use them as a service for my grandma who had just passed, and as she was inquiring about their services, the woman rushed us, placed us on holds that ended in hanging up the phone on us, and was very dismissive of our questions when she would get her back on the phone. We were very surprised because in the past, I had family that were buried with them. We ended up burning my grandmother with Inglewood Cemetery and went through their mortuary to make the services. I hope in the future if anyone wants to use Harrison- Ross that they make things easier and they fix their customer service.

This mortuary has a nice atmosphere and in some ways it does seem inviting and that they are here to serve you. I had a situation where I had to ask to work with another funeral planner because she didn't really treat me right as she should have, making remarks about me behind my back. So I started to work with someone else. Then when it was time to send my loved ones death certificates, they allowed the lady that I requested not to work with anymore to send the certificates to me, well needless to say she intentionally folded them and creased them and purposely sent them in an unprotected envelope. I reported this, and spoke to a supervisor named Karen. She assured me that they would replace the death certificates (but why did they let the other person send them in the first place? Makes no sense to me). Since then they have not kept their word. When I call they are giving me the runarounds. They did me pretty DIRTY and they never did replace those death certificates. So please beware of this place because they still have not made this right. And the funny thing is, I paid them for all service upfront, I didn't play games with them when it came to giving them their money, THAT'S THE THANKS I GET.
