-Unprofessional -States they dont work Sunday on Mothers Day -Lies about delivery dates - $100 worth of flower arrangement looks like $20 bouquet at Albertsons They are unprofessional, make up lies, and I regret using them for Mothers Day. I ordered online for Mothers Day to be delivered on that day, but they kept calling my mom 3x while she was at work, the day before Mothers Day, saying they do not work Sundays and they need to deliver the flowers to her right now. They also lied to my Mom saying they already called me and talked to me about how they dont work on Sundays (Mothers Day) and they need to change the delivery date. I have never received an email or call from them about this whole situation and they kept harassing my mom at work the day before Mothers Day lying about their business and the promised delivery date. I even paid extra for the upgrade flowers and when my mom sent me the picture, it was not worth paying $100 for the arrangement. I used them based on good reviews and I just dont want anyone else have to use their hard earned money on such an unprofessional business.

I was in a time crunch and came across Karen's Garden on google. I gave them a budget and a color theme I was looking for. Beyond the amazing arrangements they created, they made them for me in less than an hour! The stars aligned when I found this jewel of a shop. Our flowers were perfection, thank you!
