It is sad to know that at this location, your employees intimate your managers and they all feel free, to disrespect delivery drivers. Not thinking about how much we expand the business for you. I was in disbelief by no action taken to make the situation any better, from your General Manager at this location. Who said was in charge of the area as well and did not provide me any other number. I will make drivers aware of your location as it seems you guys don't want our business. Since, one of your employees (working for packing delivery orders) told me to "Shut up, and to go and deliver my little $10 dollar order?" All because she was in 0 communication with the other girl she was working with. No wonder my orders where not ready. Zero management!!! It is serious to me. I need someone to contact me as soon as possible. As I will not allow for her nor your employees/managers at this location to disrespect anyone else, again. I can only imagine the poor mentality they must have about your customers, if they can't realize how we work together... to give them a job and to open them more positions in order for them to get hours! Until no action is being taken, I will NEVER SUPPORT ANY VONS STORE AGAIN! Not as a customer nor a delivery driver.

This is by far the worst vons I've ever visited. It's one of those places where there is no mngmt presence. The manager Michael, tried to give me a fake name when asking for his name he stated his name was, "eddy." The employees run this store and the manager just makes excuses for their rude behavior. I would like to be contacted by corporate as the manager was not willing to provide me a corporate number and lied about his name. This is unacceptable and I will for sure let everyone I know that vons is not a good place to shop.

Hard to rate this location. While one cashier was very rude, another cashier Melody was helpful beyond expectation

They now have self check out, so the number of cashier's has been cut. I was there at the busy dinner hour. There was a long wait every where. A lot of items have no price labels. Left a item I payed for out of my bags. Service Deli is slow and items like chicken are not restocked. Or whatever they have looks pitiful. I shop at the Vons on California. Their service is smaller but has more employees working (some times as many as 4 or 5) I have found in general two employees during the weekdays, one at night at the Figueroa store. On the weekends three during the day, but in addition to the customers who come in, they are preparing catering which is labor intensive. They are a department that makes a lot of money for the store and the store should budget for more employees, hence better service for the customer.
