Very bad experience from Dr. Ortez & Special his unprofessional office staff, over 10 years in between I go surgery never follow up !! Never Visit during I was hospitalized & call his office to talk emergency never return my entire I was his patient ! For doctors negligence I suffered my health ! Pandemic time I call never return my call for that reason I got Gyst for his negligence to call me & find out what is my problem , also lot of discrimination such like need appointment office staff told me booked but I was visit same day no people booked days! Big lies.few months ago I got surgery doctor ortez knows never call me so u guys need this unprofessional office staff doctor if u didnt get hep ! Nobody wants to go see doctor until patient need . I recommend all before u choose review all patients comments do u make ur decision u want this doctor. 99% I m totally disappointed entire his doctor practice! Doctors should be friendly not this office, my rating 000000

Dr. Ortiz has gone above and beyond with the treatment he has provided a family member of mine. Dr.Ortiz goes out of his way to make sure we feel safe and heard.

The doctor is good, but the assistants are not They take a while to give you an appointment and are very slow to review your paperwork.

This review is meant to be towards the incompetent staff at this medical office staff, let me explain. The doctor himself is nice and constantly states "if you are ever sick please come see me even if you don't have an appointment." So the one time I take his word for it and decide to visit him due to a flu and fever for a couple of days now. I go to his office and state I don't have an appointment but I would like to do a walk in...the young lady states "oh he is very busy today but let me ask him." Dr. Ortiz walks in and she does not ask him as I am only 3 feet away from both of them....she turns around and states "he can't see you today, you can go here instead (points to urgent care locations)". Aside from this lying and inept to do something so simple they constantly don't do the following : collect records from other offices, refer you to anything I.e. x Ray locations, specialist, etc. When asking for a nutritionist she (office lady) said "you have good insurance you can call the nutritionist yourself without a referral". As stated before this office staff is terrible and I won't be coming in again unless it's to pick up my file since they'll probably terrible enough to not send them to my new primary physician.
