If I could, I wouldn't even give me one star. He is my father's primary doctor. My father had a stroke while visiting me in NY and was admitted to the ER. The hospital had many question I could not answer. Both the ER doctors and I had called Dr. Chung's office and DID NOT receive ANY response. Given it was Saturday and the office was closed, the answering machine ask you to leave a message if there is an emergency. So I did. No one ever called me or the hospital back. I had to wait till Monday 12 pm (they open at 9 am PST) before I can call them. I told them my father had a stroke and was admitted to the ER on Saturday and I had left a message. All I got was silence. Then I told the receptionist what information I needed for the hospital. I was told since she doesnt know me she cant tell me. I then asked if she needs my mom to call them. Then she switched the story and told me to call back in 5 minutes so she can look up the record. When I called back she asked me if I have any siblings (to verify my identity). After that, she gave me the answers to my questions. All the while she never asked about my father. Any human being, after hearing the news, I am sorry to hear that. or I hope he recovers soon. etc.
He also used to my my mothers primary doctor but my mom switched to another doctor because Dr. Chungs office was rude and refused to sign some referral papers which she needed. They just told her why do you want to go there, why spend/waste the money, etc.
This office does not put the patients need first. They are rude and does not care for the patients as human beings.
