Went as a follow up appointment to pains I was having. He didn't even care to listen about my symptoms. Very condescending, then as he checking my mouth he says you have a cavity like no shit but am I in a dentist office or primary care office. He cares about telling me that but not the health concerns in which I went in to see about. He didn't even care to ask info it was like my appt bothered him.

Dr. Niles is great. At last years annual physical I was significantly overweight, had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Rather than prescribing drugs, Dr. Niles gave me several actionable recommendations for lifestyle changes that I have since implemented and will continue to implement for the rest of my life. I have lost 30 lbs, reduced my blood pressure to well within the healthy range and have more energy and feel better than I did in my early twenties. Your health ultimately depends on your daily habits. If you want a physician who will tell you the truth and give you an actionable plan to dramatically improve your own health, Dr. Niles is the best.

Incredibly dissatisfied with my service. I spoke with Dr. Gabriel Niles virtually for about 10 minutes and told him my concerns. Niles looked and sounded like he was reading off of WebMD. He then told me to "live my life" and not worry about it. I left with no answers and now have a bill to pay. I went to another doctor and they referred me to a specialist as an EMERGENCY patient after seeing my bloodwork. Niles didn't seem to take the appointment seriously and wasn't thorough or helpful whatsoever. Arrogant attitude and complete waste of money.

I've seen Dr. Niles for the last 2 years. I have a complicated mix of medical issues and he has been most helpful. I have had a chronic condition for the last 15 years and he has worked with me to find solutions. He has demonstrated more creativity in solving my problem than any of the specialist I've seen and his solutions are working. I'm impressed with the breadth of his knowledge, his arsenal of solutions and his willingness to continue to keep trying until we have found solutions that work for me. He thinks outside the box. I feel like I'm receiving excellent care. He listens well, digests your comments and recommends how to proceed next. He is caring, efficient and responsive. I love being able to message him through MyChart if I have a question.
