This place has always been nice to me. And for the people who are.complaining about not hearing anything back about your referrals maybe shut up and listen. It can take up to a week to get your referrals. And if you want it sooner maybe try being patient because that's what you are. And sit down and wait your turn with the rest of the walk ins. Front desk staff were helpful and hardworking. I saw Dr. Lavi for chronic sciatica; his resident seemed to genuinely care, but Dr. Lavi was quite apathetic and only offered me the advice to take ice baths every morning because thats what Lionel Messi does to keep looking young. I will not be returning.

Malicious staff that the Dr. does not know about. Your staff is evil, rude, and condescending and not helpful. made me wait a week just to see a Dr that could give me a referral. The referral I got was to a Dr. 25 miles from my house to get pain medication and 15 miles away to see a surgeon. So now I need to wait another day for you to look for a closer Dr. They did this to me before with another referral for my eyes. Your staff needs to be FIRED starting with you male nurse then the two who sit at the front desk as well as the person who takes care of referrals. This place is trash nothing but pain and suffering.
