I would recommend Wilkinson & Finkbeiner, LLP to all my Family and friends that need concise and professional help in a Child Custody battle. This Law Firm was referred to my wife and I by one of my colleagues who also had excellent representation by this firm. We live over an hour away from the nearest office and never once had to meet in person with our awesome legal counsel, Julie Schneider, Esq, Atty.. We were updated daily by e-mail all the legal steps up to the execution of our Custody Modification. My Wife's X who most would consider very stubborn and lacks social etiquette. Julia dealt with him in such a manner that he didn't realize that he conformed to all of our proposed modifications. All this was done for a reasonable fee.!

I usually don't write reviews but in this case I think it is necessary to warn anyone who is considering to work with Wilkinson & Finkbeiner. As a first time divorcee, I was new to the entire process. I primarily leaned on Julia, my attorney to advice me on all the decisions that were made. I invested a lot of money into the process, and got nothing in return other than going to the post office to sign the divorce papers myself. Unbelievably disappointed in her work or lack there of. Divorce can be distressing and painful. There are so many great divorce attorneys out there, I urge you to find someone was has a compassionate approach to the process and truly cares about your justice. Julia has shown a complete lack of consideration for the investments of her clients. Please do your due diligence when finding an attorney, they are meant to SUPPORT you.

I came to know Wilkinson & FINKEINER, LLP through a search of keywords related to divorce and family law. Once I landed on their website's home page, I completed and submitted a simple form. I was contacted by the firm the very next day. I was introduced to Mrs. Julia Schneider ESQ and I worked with her for approximately one year. My Ex-wife delayed the process but Mrs. Schneider managed the delays in a sensitive, responsive and professional manner. We won the the case and then my ex-wife immediately filed a motion to vacate the recorded judgement. With my historical data as a reference, Ms. Schneider prepared a succinct amended trial brief that was a quick read for the judge without any superfluous data. The judge knew the case well because Mrs. Schneider's trial brief was well organized and informative. My positive experience as a client of Julia Schneider and her firm was a grand success. She knows the law and how to work with a layman like me.
