Law Office of Donna D. Pettway

Facing eviction is a highly stressful circumstance. I reached out to this office and received no help whatsoever! As I am half way through explaining my situation the person on the other end says "I am really sick and your case sounds really complicated. It's sounds like you need help right away. I can't help you". I would not recommend calling this office at least until the Attorney feels better.

Donna is one of the worst lawyers I've ever dealt with, she is extremely unprofessional and out right ghetto. She missed several timely emails with the oppositions lawyer that caused us to lose the opportunity to mediate. She then hits us with a 20k+ in legal fees and said you should just settle and pay them 35k. I would never recommend her or her firm to anyone, unless your looking for an unprofessional and incompetent lawyer. Worst experience in my life and I honestly felt cheated and taken advantage of by someone we paid to fight for us and trusted to represent our best interest.

My fianc used Ms. Pettway for One of his cases and she fought through the end and was the most detailed, professional and attentive attorney we have had thus far! A separate case came up in our family and we didnt know if she cover that area but were so grateful to find out that she did and we are now retaining her services yet again! We highly recommend this woman and her team. Ms Pettway is strong & wise.

I was in unique and challenging situation as a business owner with a Commercial Lease, Attorney Donna Pettway advoctaed for me and helped turned around horrible situation that could have set my business back, thousands of dollar's in relocation cost. Instead we we're able to stay in our location and negotiate our lease in the end everything turned around in our favor.

Oh my goodness Donna was amazing!!! When i called her to explain my complex legal matters she really listened and cared about what was going on and knew how to calm me down and create a plan to get my the legal results I deserve.
