Just had one of the most enriching customer experiences of my life time. Danny S. helped me seamlessly exchange an older Peloton for a newer model and the process was awesome. Whoever is Danny's boss needs to give him a raise :-)!

Got to the store during mall hours and the door was closed...Opened by the manager asking if I had an appointment. Told him I did and it was in my wife's name. Got told no appointment and if I didn't get the waiver then no entrance. Explained it's not my fault the his staff was incompetent and I took the time to show up with my family. By the way no one is in the store... He seemed as if he was doing me a favor by sending my with the waiver and let her in. I refused to go in and waited outside, if she likes the bike I will order on line and he can explain why he lost a 2800.00 sale. No customer service for a simple mistake.

Danny made our Peloton experience seriously next level. My partner and I have been avid peloton digital members for the past year and decided to come take a look at the Bike+ before buying. I called the morning of the day we wanted to come by and he was so nice and gave me his name saying hed be there that afternoon as well to answer any questions, show us the bike, etc. When we arrived he was SO helpful with absolutely everything. Got us fitted for our shoes, got us our weights, made the whole purchase of the bike a phenomenal experience. We were so stoked and it took all of about 15 minutes. Our bike+ was delivered the day and time we selected without issue (by the nicest guys)! Its honestly one of the best customer service experiences weve ever had. Thank you so much, Danny and the whole Peloton crew.

I LOVE this store ! Not only because I love Peloton, but mainly because of the amazing and professional staff that never fail to make me feel welcome. I met Ashli Ottati almost 2 years ago when I was looking into buying my first Peloton Bike. I had a TON of questions and she could not have been nicer. She was so patient and knowledgable while answering each and every one of my questions. She arranged my order and I could not be happier. Since then, I have referred her to all of my friends who even mention the name Peloton and the feedback is the same. They all LOVE her ! Several friends have purchased their first bike with ASHLI. Thank you for a fantastic and professional experience. You're the BEST and I will continue to refer you to anyone I know. 5+++ Stars all the way. :-)

Danny S. was incredibly helpful. He helped us figure out the best options/package AND we got our bike delivered to our house 16 hours after we placed our order with him. Buy your peloton bike at the store! If we had ordered online, we likely would have had the long wait time for delivery. They were very clean in the store. FYI: You have to sign up for an appointment time online in advance in order to enter the store.
