        I went today to the office and they're helping me to be certified for CNA the young lady that help me I want to say her name was Jasmine if it wasn't please forgive me but yes she was very helpful she was very polite well mannered and very respectful and took care of all my needs all my questions and I left very satisfied thank you so much

        Very unprofessional very rude threatening the whole staff needs to be replaced I will be making a formal complaint to the state and I have the recorded calls
