My experience with Ledgent Finance & Accounting is beyond great they have a wide range of clients that are look for good candidates to add to there growing teams. The team here at this particular office are absolutely FANTASTIC! I was assigned to the amazing Madalyn and I can tell you right off the back we clicked she heard and actually listened to what I was looking for and then delivered upon my request, as the kids of today would say "she understood the assignment". The greatness doesn't stop there though, from my prospective they are a well oiled team. When Madalyn takes time off she has team mates that are available to provide me with the same quality service. Shout out to Makenzie & Angela two additional bright light within this awesome team; all three of these ladies are a great representation of having someone bat for you in these uncertain times of employment. They understand that it can sometimes be very hard to find employment that may fit you personal requirements. Now to be honest certain request might be harder to fulfil BUT the team is dedicated to getting you what you want first and if not exactly what you asked for something so close that you may even forget about that minor thing you asked for. Ledgent isn't a temp agency where you get an assignment and they forget about you, they are checking in on you making sure your happy or comfortable making sure that they've made a great match between employee and the company. I do also feel it's very important for people to know that the team at Ledgent can bat for you or set the stage for you to get the interview but you still have to deliver on the interview and when you get the position you interviewed for you still need to put in the work. So to put it into perspective if you willing to put in the work for your own career and you have a team that is will to do the same thing on you behalf why wouldn't you succussed, that's a rhetorical question lol we all know the answer to that question. Anyways this was a long one but I meant every word :) Give Ledgent a try they can provide you with what you need if you are willing to bet on yourself. -Zay

My experience with Madalyn was amazing! She understood my job experience and my preferences to help me land a job quickly. The whole process went very fast and smooth. She is very professional and nice to work with.
