After purchasing an item through Medici recently we had reason to write to them in hopes of having a couple of instructions explained to us. (The instructions that came with the product were vague, but thats not Medicis faultthey are not the manufacturer, just the supplier.) Not once, but twice, a customer service rep named Moshe contacted the manufacturer on our behalf and wrote back to us with a full explanation, even offering additional details we didnt think to ask. The emails we received were a throwback to another time, when customer service used to be like this but rarely is anymore. P.S. the product arrived quickly and works exactly as described. Five stars.

I placed an order for the Huskey toilet bowl cleaner but due to a technical glitch in the system, I was not aware of the unavailability of the product. I was issued a full refund and notified immediately. Even though I was not able to complete the order, the team was quite responsive and very helpful when I submitted a query. I will definitely shop with them once the product becomes available. Excellent customer service!

It was easy to make the order. The order was fulfilled very quickly and I got to do a drive up and pick up within 15 minutes of the order placed. Curb side pick up was fast and easy. Thank you for your professional service and genuine care.
