Dear Brittany, Thank You for addressing your concerns about the tennis shoe cleaning , If you can recall that your shoes were filled dirt , grime and grease type stains when you brought them in , given the magnitude of the condition that they were in Unfortunately some tennis shoes ( if not most ) absorb the dirt , stains and grime left on them making it nearly impossible for them to come out as 100% Brand New which no Cleaners can ever Guarantee , your tennis shoes were cleaned very carefully so that we can make sure no damage would occur to the shoes themselves, sometimes stains when left for a long time on the tennis shoes can greatly have an effect on the cleaning process , hence why the stains we removed were already soaked into the shoes and absorbed into the material making it nearly impossible for some of the stains to not have been prevented from soaking in the tennis shoes , this is why some tennis shoes can come out perfect and some actually absorbing the stains do not ( Your particular sneakers were cleaned extremely well and more than 95% of the stains were removed ) . We have worked on hundreds and hundreds of tennis shoes here and we try our best to Bring them closer to the 100% thresholds as the manufacturer, however given the nature of the material and the fact that your shoes had already absorbed the stains and grime , it made it nearly impossible to remove all of the stains . Tennis shoes vary from material to Material and some stains come out and some Unfortunately do not come out as the stains have already been absorbed by the shoes . We Hope that you Understand this Process. As pertianing to your shoes being In the condition that they were in , We tried our best for over 1 hour to Clean them as Adequately and carefully as possible , however when the dirt , stains and grime are in such circumstance, we cannot Guarantee that all of the stains will come out during the cleaning process with tennis shoes , there will always be some residue left over which can either make the color darker ( from the stains, dirt and Grime ) consuming the material on the shoes making it impossible to predict the future of the outcome of how the sneakers will come out after the cleaning process, it just all depends on the fabric , how long the stains have been on the shoes and if the stains will disperse or not , We take in High quality and efficient methods to clean every single pair , for some , the sneakers come out as how the customer wishes and almost all are very Happy and content with our cleaning Process ( almost most of the time ) in almost perfect condition, it just all depends on how long the stains have been on the shoes . We always advise for our customers to bring in their sneakers as soon as they see any stains on there so that will make it much easier and manageable to work on them. We believe that the sneakers were adequately cleaned and looked close to brand new as much as possible, and still if you are not Happy , We will be happy to work on them again so that you will be Happier with the outcome.
