Santo's Tailor Shop & Dry Cleaning

Shrunk all of the sweaters and shirts I took in for dry cleaning. The owner refused to provide any form of compensation or settle, even at amounts that were half the value of the clothes. This prompted a months long saga wherein I had to file a small claims case, get a lawyer to write a demand letter (at personal expense), and visit the shop several times to argue my case (in addition to having to try on the shrunken clothes multiple times for Santos, at his insistence. The owner made a habit of lying to me through this process and behaved disreputably. Only after huge burden and stress did owner eventually settled for less than half the value of the clothes,. This result came about only after a lawyer got involved (ant significant expense) and it became clear to Santo/owner that he would be forced to pay more if we went to court. I highly advise you find a less shady place to do business.

Santo fixed my dress perfectly and was very nice. The only thing that could improve was the price but he still put a lot of attention into his work. So I am happy with the service.
