        We purchase panoramic glass doors a little over a year ago. Within the first month, we had problems with the locks, i.e. locking and unlocking and opening the doors. For the last two months - that is just a little over a year from purchase - we have contacted the company for a serviceman. Of course, we would pay for it. Their response is inadequate and quite frankly extremely poor - going from our usual technician is not here anymore to we will have to get back to you, This is bizarre. How can they continue to sell the product without an ongoing relationship with technicians? I would recommend that you not buy their products until the service improves.
