We have a dog that struggles being away from home, terrified of other people, and doesn't do well with strange dogs. This place is one of the few places we trust to take good care of him.

If I could give them zero stars I would but I cant. Do not take your pets here people. First, every worker there except the sweet lady that takes care of the cats, Lindsey or Lily, I cant remember her name for sure, all the other workers have piss poor attitudes, are so unkind and act like they hate their jobs and the clients who bring their pets. Then, the place is infested with roaches so you run the risk of bringing them back into your home if you send anything up there then bring it back home with you. Lastly, you have to worry about your pet getting sick and not being taken care of properly. The only one I do trust to take care of my pets would be the girl that works with the cats. She has been to school to work with animals, you can see how much she cares for them, and shes very loyal and always kind, yet the other workers at the front and the management seem to have the worst piss poor attitudes, always rude, and disrespectful and I dont want anyone with that kind of attitude caring for my pets. So if you love your pets dont take them to this facility because if its not a cat its not getting the best care, it may come home sick, with weight loss or lord knows what else and if you send anything up there its coming back with roaches hiding in it.
