The security guard is extremely unprofessional. Makes me super uncomfortable. Last time I was there he was talking about what a great president Trump is! He is not fit to work in an lgbt clinic.

The guy at the front desk told me to seat back and wait for my named to be called then left work, then I waited for 40 minutes finally I went to the window to ask a female receptionist, she told me that there was nothing to let me wait for, I could have just left already! OMG... And the security guard is very disturbing, talking nonstop very annoying, the single most effective way to improve your client experiences is to get rid of him!

The main problem is that the CEO doesn't pay very well and he overloads the clinics with too many patients. That means that it's a revolving door for the doctors, nurses and staff. Not good. People who work there are often really nice and they're doing the best they can, but it's poorly run otherwise. The appointments are often months out and they don't care if your need is pressing, you just have to wait. My friend needed to get a quick exam before having some emergency dental surgery and they told him he had to wait a month for an appointment. Seems they don't understand what the word "emergency" means. Now my friend has to walk around with gaps in his teeth until he can get someone to examine him. Just really poor, poor customer service. Only go here if you have no other option
