They have completely ruined my HIV care, completely over complicating every step of care. Its like pulling teeth just to get a hold of my medication and the staff here is confusing and needs to take better care of their patients who rely on them. I havent seen my medication in nearly two to three months and am getting no progress going through this organization

Some one told me go here you can have all your healthcare need together meaning referrals out well I stayed several years and would give AHF below 2 stars if it were possible. They cant keep doctors probably because they pay for someone just getting out of med school that is off to better pay after a few years . They send their doctors that work one day a week to conferences and pound the world to represent th n blame you for no making an appointment when the doctor is in affrica then they stop you m dictation to punish you and make you come in. Its automatic
. Biggest number one complaint is high turnover rate. I had over 7 different physicians or physicians assistants assigned to me in being with AHF . In their facility when they were on Vermont there was an odor that couldnt be remove inn the waiting area once I saw a patient who had a bed bug on his shirt I told him and he became defensive an said it mustve com from the bus
As this location services a lot of indigent an homless people bless their souls Ive been to the new facility prescription area and it looks nice and clean I think the should focus on excellent medical care not bill boards or political causes but thats just me

Bad service attitude if you need paperwork done hold your breathe and doctors they cannot keep I see why stay away from this one.

Worst place ever someone need to come check this place they need to work for that check cuz all they do is ignore you
They dont answer calls
They dont even know who you are
It's a MESS
AND NO ONE DOES ANYTHING
