Bed Bath & Beyond

I like this this BBB because it has everything you need. The items I'm looking for are always in stock and it never seems to be crowded here which is a plus. They have convenient and spacious parking which makes for an easy errand run!

I've always have enjoyed every location I've purchased. I go to every location in 9miles of myself. There are ALWAYS FRIENDLY, ATTENTIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE and more than enough staff. I'm very sad to hear 100 stores are closing. The staff was able to relocate and good employee I have friendly relationships with said they may even work at Cost Plus stores. I will always use my coupons and shop here. The stores are very bare. I should not have hesitated to go in. I already have enough home goods for three homes. I know I have proof at all 3. In the past I will only buy select products from BB&B. Those coupons are really useful ways to say cash. $5 adds up quick. I'm very grateful there will still be stores to touch and feel products. A lot of what I wait to go on sale is available online. It's phenomenal!!! Some store that are closing are unable to process those transactions. Be nice, one day it could be you or a family or friend losing their career suddenly. Communication is key to avoid bad experiences. We all have great intentions and are much happier when we communicate our needs. I know I leave my Crystal Ball at home and I FORGOT HOW TO READ MINDS....

It's very sad to see the inventory dwindling - we were told that what's out was it; nothing in the stock room. The staff was helpful and explained the differences ( buying a CAL king mattress pad) - didn't see any new or cool items. I pray they stay open.

Yesterday I was shopping in this store everything was going well until a woman named Edna came out, who behaved very rudely with my family and myself, I was feeding my baby in the maternity section, and she told me to move from where I was and go somewhere else to feed her. I don't want to add more but it's very racist.

This is the worst store I have visited . The worst customer service. The employees and management are super rude . I will never shop on this store  .
