Marcy was absolutely amazing! I was having an issue with a order I placed in store that was lost in the mail and she was the first person to actually try to help me track down the status of my order and resolve the issue. After to speaking to 2 different sales reps and 2 other managers Over a 2 week span Marcy was the first person to sit down and resolve my issue in one day. She also apologized that it has gotten so far even though it wasnt even her fault! Bloomingdales almost lost a customer but thankfully Marcy was a rockstar and helped me. I tried to get some sort of corporate information to make sure I give her a good review there but no luck! Nonetheless thank you for great service Marcy!

I have been a shopper here for quite a long time, the shoe department has great choices but the help except for a few could take lessons from Nordstrom's in customer service. A day ago, I had to return something , after asking 2 sales people at the register for help, a woman named Amy simply walked away, an older bald man Ivar said go around the corner to the return counter. At the second counter a very nice younger woman after ringing up her customer said she would be happy to assist me. And , no there is not return counter. Neither person wanted to take time to do a return,, sure, happy to ring you up for a sale, but a return?? forget it. Not the first time this has occurred, but my first time posting,

Unbelievably great customer service! My wife's best friend needed a pair of Gucci sunglasses for an event on a Monday (ordering them on a Thursday). Gucci was unable to locate the pair she wanted at any of their stores, but located a pair at this Bloomingdales. I was then contacted by a lady named Yessica, who just went so far above and beyond what she was required to do, to help us out. Yessica got the glasses packed up, and sold them too me over the phone. The Fedex guy had already come to the store for their daily pickup at this location, so Jessica hunted the man down in the mall and got my package overnighted to me, at no charge! Just an unreal experience in todays world, we appreciated it so much. Thank you Yessica!
