Harvard Dental Center: Dr. James Cho, DDS

I had a dental crown done at this dental office, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend the experience I had here. The finishing of the crown was simply terrible so I bleed and took out the debris from the teeth with dental floss. The uplifted portions of the crown created crevices and gaps where food gets easily stuck. At the new dentist, the doctor is surprised to see and laughs and says it will have to be done again. Also, I discovered that the dentist had filed claims for several procedures that were never performed during my visit. Feeling utterly deceived and taken advantage of, I decided to report these discrepancies to the Dental Board of California. The filing of false claims and charging patients for services they never received is a serious breach of trust and professional ethics. Please avoid this rubbish.

Best dentist ever !! Dr. Cho was extremely nice, patient, and very knowledgeable. The staff was very nice, and the office & atmosphere was also comfortable. I cannot express how happy I am with my choice to go see Dr. Cho.

They seem to be kind, not rip-offs, and honest. Since I went to Seoul St. Mary's Hospital in Korea, I couldn't go to another dentist in the U.S., but this one seems to be doing a good job.
