Lotus Family Dental is a clean and modern dental office. I had a great experience working with Dr. Mashkouri and her staff. They are professional, friendly and extremely efficient. The office has up to date tools and technology.
Billing and processes are very transparent. Before I even started the appointment I was shown a clear concise itemized pro forma invoice that outlined exactly what my insurance would billed for and what I would need to pay.
If you need a dentist in the west LA/ Westwood area I would definitely give Lotus Family Dental a try.

Lotus Family Dental is truly like family. This is coming from someone who is terrified of dentists. I told that to the receptionist, Ashley, during my first call to schedule an initial appointment. She assuaged my concerns and encouraged me to come in. Dr. M is truly fantastic. Her bedside manner is kind and disarming. Its clear she practices from a true patient-centered approach. Shes also very good at what she does. I trust her over any other dental professional with whom I encounter. I cant say enough praise.

I recently visited Lotus Family Dental for a routine dental check-up and was blown away by the level of care and compassion shown by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly faces, which immediately put me at ease.
The dental hygienist who worked with me was incredibly gentle and took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening. The dentist was also very kind and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had.
What stood out to me the most was how much the staff genuinely cared about my well-being. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and that my dental health was in top shape. It was clear that they were passionate about what they do and truly cared about their patients.
Overall, I would highly recommend Lotus Family Dental to anyone in need of dental care. The staff's kindness, expertise, and commitment to their patients make them stand out from other dental offices in the area. Thank you for making my dental visit such a positive experience!

Having not the best genetics when it comes to teeth, I tend to need very extensive treatment and have found myself bouncing around from place to place due to lack of transparency, inadequate service, and high pricing. I set my sights last year on finding a forever dentist that fit my criteria: gentle, transparent, supportive, and feasible. I rest easier at night knowing that I finally have that. Dr. Sayena is so kind, nurturing, and a great dentist. Ashley is amazing and so kind and really does meet best to work with my insurance to maximize coverage which I'm so thankful for. They both really go out of their way to give your a positive experience. The assistants are kind as well. And I really appreciate that access to ample parking. Don't think twice, give them a call!
