        Amazing! Is all I can say! Charlie was incredible with my 1st visit, he made me feel comfortable & was very helpful with my process. I was pleasantly surprised of the view, it was so nice to see while I waited briefly. Parking is validated which is a plus, its a bit of construction happening currently inside the lobby of the building but there is someone there to help guide you. Great location & experience!

        Appointment was at 12:30. Still sitting here at 1 pm on the weekend. Apparently they booked 3 people at 12:30 with only 1 tech to help. Annoyed.

        Updated: Customer service reps are polite, but don't do much to help and will give you the run-around. Product is DEFECTIVE - it does not work and it cut and injured my gums and cheeks. They will NOT give refunds even for returned unused product and no compensation for one that HURTS you. Fiiling a lawsuit for consumer fraud, defective product and personal injury.
