I would give 0 stars if I could. This is a review for Jacob Sluesky (dentist) -- Went in for an extraction and some fillings. After I was seated for the procedure, Jacob starts bickering with his assistant. During the procedure, he asks her: "Are you serious?" while they are working on pulling out teeth from inside my mouth. During a particularly intensive extraction, I told him I am feeling pain and needed more numbing. He responded: "It's just pressure." So I tried to stick it out while he pulled pieces of my tooth out but it was hurting so again, I said I am feeling pain and need more numbing. He responded: "Let me just get the rest of this tooth out" in a frustrated tone of voice. I insisted that I was experiencing pain and had to advocate for more numbing multiple times before he gave me more numbing. After the procedure, his assistant asked me if I'd like a prescription for painkillers. They did not give me the prescription. They also gave me no aftercare instructions. The inside of my mouth was completely shredded -- I'm pretty sure the inside of my cheek should not be shredded after dental work. I was being mindful of having had work done and avoided chewing on the side in which cavities were filled. A month after the procedure, I decided it was safe to chew on both sides of my mouth. However, it was not alright, as I ended up experiencing very sharp pain in a filled tooth immediately after chewing on it. I decided to go to another dentist to have it checked out. He said the filling was too high in some spots and that there wasn't enough filling in other spots (the tooth is significantly smaller than it was before). He removed the parts that were "too high" and it relieved some of the pain. However, now the area above that tooth is completely swollen and I cannot chew on that side. I will be going to the new dentist to have it checked out. I would like to also add that prior to the procedure with Jacob, this tooth never had any issues. It never hurt and never had sensitivity. Now I can't chew with it.Also, Jacob told me I'd need a root canal on a tooth that my new dentist has confirmed does NOT need a root canal. Jacob is dishonest and absolutely scammed me :(. And he charged me a lot for this horrible service!Overall, he was rude, unprofessional, and did a bad job on my teeth. I really regret having him fill any of them. I highly recommend not going to this office, but if you do, maybe ask for someone who isn't Jacob Sluesky. He was absolutely awful.

The worst front office manners. Especially Monica!Dr.Slutsky didn't treat my root canal all the way.But charged me of course and send big bill to my insurance!I've ended up going to endodontist to redo the same root canal.Ended up so much out of the pocket. Couldn't event get my x rays out of the office. Monica was making excuses all the time just to charge me out of the pocket for the x rays.Everything in this office based on how to lie to customers and overcharged them.Just plain horrible experience. Will go farther for justice and that he shouldn't hurt others !DON'T GO THERE. PLEASE FIND HONEST DENTIST WITH PROFECCIONAL FRONT DESK WORKERS!
