My experience: Im a 42 year old artist with no dental insurance. I put off going to the dentist for 10 years. I have a bit of a dentist phobia and I finally decided I needed to go. Reluctantly, I googled dentists in my area and found Silvia and read some reviews. I usually ask my friends for referrals but for some reason I decided to take a gamble with my google search. I emailed Dr.Kasparian's office through her website and swiftly received a response. I filled out a detailed questionnaire regarding my past dental history along with the mandatory COVID stuff and some other questions about my objectives and ideal preferences for my appointment. I emoted a bit about my history and my nervousness of the drill etc. In no time the appointment was scheduled and I was finally committed to go. I Ubered to her building on the scheduled day and entered the lobby. It's a beautiful old art deco building with a coffee shop and a guard at the front desk. I spoke with the guard and they verified my arrival and escorted me to the elevator. Arriving to her office I was greeted by the lovely secretary Elizabeth who I had previously corresponded with about my appointment and we talked and joked a bit before she led me to the room. From the get go I felt at ease. Elizabeth is a professional. In a few minutes Silvia entered the room and greeted me. I immediately felt comfortable. We talked openly about my objectives and my dental health and we joked about life and my concerns etc etc. She explained how she liked to get to know each client and she explained every examination and procedure she was about to preform and why it was important and what it meant for my oral health. She was completely open about the entire process and it was a breath of fresh air. She was upfront on my diagnosis and setup a plan for me. She is transparent on her pricing and she is generous with her time. Silvia is amazing. I'm so glad I found a dentist of her caliber. She is incredibly kind and gentile, and she's extremely knowledgeable and transparent about her process. She's invested in her patients experience and she provides a professional level of care that I deeply appreciate. Her assistant is awesome as well. A well oiled team. Im 3 visits in now, and I couldn't be more happy with my choice to come to this place. I've always feared the dentist, but Silvia has coaxed me out of my shell and now Im back on the road to healthy gums and teeth. Man, writing that that sounds so cheesy but its true. What a relief to find this place Don't delay. Take care of your gums. Take care of your teeth. You'll thank yourself later 2 hours ago

Dr. Kasparian is the best dentist I've ever had. My teeth have never felt better or been whiter. It's always a pleasant experience, which is saying something for a dental appointment.

I've known Dr. Kasparian for almost 5 years. We shared the same building for 3 years and I often referred many of our team members to her. Being who I am ... I suffer from a debilitating fear of dentists.. so I found one and thats where I stayed for a decade. Today, I became her patient. The team obviously as kind and professional as always. They beyond tolerated my anxiousness and when I say that Dr. Kasparian performed the most thorough exam and cleaning I have ever experienced I could not be more surprised. 4 hours later and I can feel the cleanliness of each of my teeth! I highly recommend this dental practice and couldn't be more relieved to be joining this care staff. Thank you everyone for making today as pain free and laughter filled as possible.
