This place took an impression of my teeth for a night guard 2 1/2 weeks ago. They told me it would take 2 weeks. I called to confirm the week before and see if there was any chance of getting it earlier as my jaw was in severe pain from grinding at nught. They confirmed it would be ready Monday right at the 2 1 /2 week mark.
I get there on Monday, wait in the waiting room for 20 mins before someone comes out and says we have to remake your impression because we didn't't take a good one. Here is the worst part - No sincere apology, no attempt to make it right and no attempt to rush the new one to help me out.
What I did get is sarcasm and excuses from the front desk girl though saying that the lab never told them basically insinuating that it is not their fault...
Check in the morning to see if there is gonna be any issues with your appointments. Don't waste my time coming in as my time is more valuable than anything. Wasted 2 1/2 weeks for nothing. Immediately left and went to someone nearby. 0 stars and do not waste your time.
