From the start at the original office I went to at Eagle Rock Dental Clinic it has been an amazing experience overall down to me getting my root canal at Monterey Hills dental. Dr. Sina, Dr.Poria, Dr.Raha have all been great Doctors and I will definitely continue to come .

Decide to try this Dentist out and came in once only and everything was disorganized. I had a deep cleaning appointment tried to cancel left messages and no one ever answers . They say to text them and they never even respond back . Terrible service!

I dont think Ive ever been to such a shady dentist. Im convinced most of these reviews are fake. Check out their yelp for more accurate reviews. I went for a cleaning, after the doctor gave me an (unusually brief) evaluation the receptionist comes into the room where Im still lying down on the operating chair to ask me to agree to something called irrigation, a post cleaning liquid that disinfects the gums, an extra $120 or so. I expressed my confusion over that, having never had that suggested before. Not everyone provides it, but the doctor did recommend it for you. I tell her Id like to just hold off on the cleaning in a creepy, patronizing tone, she asks: really? But I thought you wanted to get your cleaning done today? Pressured: okay lets just do it. And the irrigation? Fine okay do you want to come back up to the front desk or give me your credit card? later they told me, re wisdom teeth removal, that theyd need to do CT scans (not covered by insurance, of course), and that after the wisdom teeth removal they would maybe need to do bone grafts, another couple hundred dollars for each tooth. Sure enough, after consulting another dentist, I learned neither is necessary for a wisdom tooth removal. So I called them asking if they could send the X-rays they took to another dentist another patronizing, strange tone: why? I thought you wanted to get it done here? She went on to tell me they charge $80 to send records to other dentists. I told her I felt like I was talking to a dentist in a back alley, not a legitimate professional business. Well, thats how we operate here. Its no mystery that all dentists are out to make money but this place is out to scam you, and not very subtlety. Youve been warned!
