    I have been going there ongoing for a crown that became a root canal and it has been a mess. I will add to the review that somehow was deleted after I posted in full detail before. 1. The first appointment started as a routine teeth cleaning through my dental insurance. They took xrays and informed me that I needed a deep cleaning on all quadrants, and 2 crowns in my lower left part of my mouth and quoted me several thousand dollars of dental work. While waiting to be seen, I overheard them having a similar conversation with another patient and this made me skeptical. I told them I would think about it. But they insisted on the deep cleaning that day so I allowed. I tried to call to pay my balance for the cleaning and no one ever answered. Months later I had some pain in my jaw area and decided to follow up about the crowns. This is where the trouble began. 2. As soon as I paid $800 for the crowns out of pocket in addition to my insurance they dropped their professionalism and friendly demeanor. The appointment began by them giving me the anesthesia and then I waited nearly an hour. When the Dentist finally began the treatment, I had to remind her that the local anesthesia had already worn off while waiting. Part way into the procedure they stopped, and said they could not finish until I came back for the permanent crown. This clinic does not tell you what to expect, or properly inform you about what is happening. I had already signed up for the financing, and paid outbof pocket, and then the said wanted to change everything to root canals (more $) midway. My tooth was nearly sawed off by their dentist that day, I have concerns if they made a mistake that day. I was there for 5 hours, with little explanation. For the follow up they insisted I go to a clinic of theirs in Mid City (the reviews are terrible there). This clinic has continued to have very little availability once you pay for treatment and they leave you in limbo! I had to make another special trip to the pharmacy because the front desk waited over an hour to call it in, even though their clinic is .5 miles from the pharmacy. They disregard your time. They just want to bill your insurance and dont care about you. 3. The clinic in mid city is dirty. It was surrounded by construction and this caused me to be a few minutes late. The front desk staff at MDR and mid city does not send appointment reminders or confirmations. I was told I could still be seen if I waited. Again, I waited nearly an hour to be seen. Many times their staff has had to be reminded of my neck and back injury. It is very frustrating and painful when they recline me as if I am not injured, and have mentioned my injury many times! The dentist became aggressive, raised his voice, was upset the root canals would be difficult, and said this out loud. Due to his demeanor, I walked out of the clinic that day. The staff profusely apologized and said they would fix it, but they never did. 4. I was looking to ending the dental nightmare with the 3rd follow up visit. It took awhile to get in and they did not call or text to confirm. When I called they tried to move the appointment around last minute and then told me it was at a different time than what I was told when I booked the appointment. Even after what happened they try to send me to their mid City clinic. Once seen, the dentist barely started the procedure and said nothing but, Endodontist. I was provided a inadequate referral to an out of network Endodontist. This is what they call taking care of me. I have asked for copies of my xrays and medical records weeks ago, and no follow up. The Endodontist I have seen does not even know if my tooth can be saved at this point and I had to pay them another $1800 out of pocket while Dr.Ginzburg still has me being billed for the root canal treatments that they never were able to complete!!!

    Absolut worst dental office in LA! Dr. Ginzburg put me in so much pain, I cant even get over it, absolutely your biggest nightmare. Also he completely overcharged me, I had to pay thousands of Dollars for a horrible treatment I keep losing parts of my bridge and when I call there to have him fix it no one answers or they are being totally rude! The office staff is HORRIBLE! Everything about then is just BAD. Do not go there, you have a choice! Your dental bills will skyrocket after that horrible treatment of Dr Bill Ginzburg ! Too bad I cant give zero stars hes crazy , this practice should be shut down, they are frauds ! Hes also on Sepulveda, be aware!!
