        Marina Dental never fails me. Went in fit a teeth cleaning and Hillary was an absolute gem, very kind and gentle (to this scary-cat), I think I fell asleep LOL. Plus Dr. Marina and Billy are amazing! Thanks everyone for making me feel so welcome.

        My attempt to schedule an appointment with this dental care facility turned out to be a disappointing experience due to their administrative shortcomings. After filling out their online form, I received a call from an employee named Billy, who assured me after collecting all my personal and medical details that they would get back to me to finalize the appointment. I have AETNA PPO. Relying on this assurance, I waited for their callback instead of seeking alternatives, effectively putting my dental care on hold. A week of silence later, I reached out again, only to discover that none of the information I had provided was retained, forcing me to start from scratch. This not only wasted my time but also highlighted a significant lapse in their process for managing and tracking patient information.
