Worst Service in the World! Go to UCLA 1st. But one you do get seen by the once a week dentist that comes in, the dental service is ok. And to be fair the staff is friendly. It just takes them Forever to get anything done. Example: A simple cleaning took 2 visits. They cleaned the lower then set up a follow up a "Month Later" to clean the upper's. Who the heck does that??? And to see that once a week dentist that comes in...god help you if you have to reset your appointment. You don't get another, you go on a wait list. For timely service they get 2 star rating. Go else were get it done faster

Really nice & friendly staff, but a lot of incompetency. Too much admin paper pushing, too many admin rules! 2 different appointments for eval & dental hygiene when 1 can do, especially for returning patients (known history). Maybe for additional billing? No in-office capacity to use their existing 3D imager and they miss dangerous infections endangering patients. No APLA-outside specialist network, UCLA & USC support - no go to person to schedule follow-through appointments. Former APLA Clinic Dentists agreed on these issues but no longer work there. It seems they have a high dentist turnover rate.

They need to remove the man who always answers the phone. He is always rude and answers the phone only to put me on hold for longer than I was already waiting. They really need to get it together this is sad!
