        I came in @10:30AM and asked if they could do a oral health assessment for my 2 boys as new patient. Only 1 was seen because they said he the other was not under my insurance, they did not see me until 1:20PM. Shamless wait time 3+ hours I called my insurance and they explained were all covered. The receptionist failed to locate him correctly. Never coming back due to incompetent staff and ridiculous 3hr wait time
