Strong Home Builders

I'm taking my time to write this review so other home owners can make a smart decision and hire Strong Home Builders to build their room addition. To begin with, Eran is just the nicest guy! He is so patient even with a retired old lady like me constantly asking questions and wanting to know everything. Second, he is an honest person and a professional. He is responsible, punctual, knowledgeable and always available to explain the process and answer questions I believe every home owner will have throughout the project. I was very impressed by the great relationship he keeps with his workers and sub contractors, more than a few of them told me how much respect they have towards him and that they enjoy working for him. Lastly, he completed my room addition on time and within budget. Thank you and god bless you Eran and Strong Home Builders.

Finding a good building contractor is, by all means, not a simple task. Not saying that there aren't many good general contractors, just saying that I had to screen through many bad or just ok ones to find a really good one. After a long screening process I decided to hire Eran and Strong Home Builders to build for me a 461 SF master bedroom addition with a master bathroom and adjacent laundry room. I also had a couple of interior walls removed to open the kitchen into the living room for one big and open space. Eran was the last general contractor we interviewed, he came highly recommended by the Architect we used to design the project and, though his quote came on the higher end in comparing to others, we knew right off the bat that we are dealing with a professional that can handle this type of construction and both my wife and I agreed that it is worth the investment. Needless to say that I'm giving Strong Home Builders 5 stars on google because they did an excellent job and deserve every star. Eran was on top of everything all the time. He assisted us in the interior design, picking finish materials, got us his contractor discount at manybof the suppliers we visited and took personal care of us throughout the whole planning and during construction. He was panctual, kept us in the loop at all times, and most important completed the project right on schedule. We received a great service and will recommend Eran and Strong Home Builders to our friends, family and anyone else.

I called Eran to get a quote for my project. I found him incredibly knowledgeable and eager to share information. He is also very patient and detail oriented. The advice he gave and the interaction experience exceeded my expectations. After our discussion, I feel very confident for the outcome of the project. I give him 6 stars.

Strong Home builders did an outstanding work building for me a 326 SF master suite room addition and remodeling the interior of my house. Prior to picking a general contractor for the job I was very afraid of getting stuck with someone who will exceed the budget and take too long to complete the work. Eran, however, did an amazingly high quality work and completed the project in a timely manner and on budget. I am very happy with the results and enjoy showing off my newly remodeled home.

So far Ive had two room addition projects done and both experiences were very different from one another. The first project was done a couple of years ago, on a rental property I own, by a reputable contractor I found on Angie's List. Without going into much details, my experience was so bad I had to take a very long break before I was ready for the second one. The second construction project was done by Eran, the owner of Strong Home Builders, and was an absolute success on any level. Erans top notch managing skills and the quality he aspired to reach are now reflecting off of every wall in my house. Everything he built for me, the room addition, master bathroom, guest bathroom, kitchen, wood flooring, tiles, paint and all other, looks no less than amazing! I feel very grateful for having such a professional working on my house, it was worth every dime I invested into this project.
