Brian is an amazing attorney!! I was falsely accused and arrested at an airport. He knows the judges very well and is respected, my case was dismissed with his help and never filed. He allows payment plans. He returns calls promptly and is very passionate and knowledgeable about the law.

Brian is a terrible attorney--another take the money and run type. I paid him $5000. Once he received the money he was MIA more often than not. His receptionist gave one excuse after another and would tell me that I had exceeded "talk time" provided by the retainer although my records indicated otherwise. On the few occasions that I was able to speak with him he claimed he had Covid or RSV. I later heard this was one of his standard excuses. He essentially disappeared for a month and the only way I got him to respond was to advise I would report him to the Bar if he did not call by a certain date. We never discussed strategy and I later found out, when he sent his closing bill after his non performance at Court, that he had been communicating with opposing counsel without my knowledge or consent. I was never given the contents of these discussions but after he failed in Court it was obvious he had been incentivized by opposing counsel to throw the case. In Court that day, he allowed opposing counsel, without objection, badger me and to present video evidence that, per the Rules of Evidence he should have been given a week before the hearing. A recess was necessary so opposing counsel could email him the videos. We went to the cafeteria and after Brian downloaded and showed me the videos he wandered away to make personal phone calls. Had he taken the time I could have given him explanations he could use to counter the videos. Once back in Court, Brian was not present mentally. He sat there and let opposing counsel run the show without objections and when I attempted to point out the petitioner was lying he did nothing to cross examine or object. Needless to say I lost and he destroyed my life. I am not his first victim and I certainly will not be his last. Brian is a backstabbing liar and should be disbarred.

I can't tell you how relieved I am after speaking with Brian. He's not only kind, but smart. Not robotic. He has excellent common sense and his personability was on point. Outside of his pleasing and intellectual behavior, his knowledge and expertise was conveyed perfectly, as if he was talking to me, not at me. I had a legal issue and he addressed it over the phone. It saved me a lot of headache. The priceless information he shared would of cost me. There is no doubt he's a really, really good attorney, and that he'd always be my first pick! Brian I thank you kindly for taking the time with me. You're a hero! Thank you, Robin

I am having a hard time comprehending and understanding your "1-star" review. I am sorry you feel this way.   It has been over six months since my legal services concluded in your case. As you know, I worked diligently on your case. I spent hours and hours on your case, which is greater than the fee paid for my legal services. Before you retained me, I went over my retainer agreement with you and explained exactly what was included in the $5,000 retainer fee. The retainer included 2 court hearings, review of court filings, and 4 hours of communication outside of court which included phone calls, text messages, and emails. Any additional time would be billed at my hourly rate. You even emailed me back on January 19, 2023, with the signed retainer attached and stated "...so I have to be careful.. since I know how minutes mount up." I was happy to talk to you but was also being mindful of the time and trying to save you money so you wouldn't incur the extra expense by going over the allotted hours in the retainer.  You made it clear you didn't want to spend more than $5,000.  Even after you went over the 4 hours ( phone time alone was 9.2 hours, not including over 100 emails) I never once billed you for the additional time and continued to spend the extra communication time with you until your hearing was concluded. I genuinely wanted to help you and cared about your hearing. The only communication I had with opposing attorney was regarding agreeing on dates to set a new hearing date, and his request to dismiss the termination hearing based on case law because you also filed an appeal(which would stay the termination hearing), and you ultimately decided (after consulting with an appeal attorney) to proceed on the termination hearing instead of an appeal. I did not "throw your case". The hearing to terminate the order didn't go your way because opposing attorney had strong "impeachment" evidence consisting of video footage of you doing things you said you were not doing. The evidence the opposing attorney presented at the hearing did not need to be turned over in advance. It is called "impeachment" evidence. The Judge did not find your testimony credible. We discussed the videos in the cafeteria. We discussed your explanations which I presented in Court. Opposing counsel did not "run the show". I objected to the video evidence and opposing party laid the foundation and the Judge found it relevant and allowed it in. I did not destroy your life. You hired me after an order was already granted against you and after you had already filed a request to terminate said order on your own. You hired me to fight a challenging battle. I accepted the challenge and wanted to help you. My office does not guarantee outcomes or results. I sent you a final invoice because you requested one. I had no intention of requesting payment for the balance owed unless you requested a refund. My invoice broke down the total time I spent on your case. I even provided you the exact date and time of every phone call I had with you so you would be able to cross-reference your phone records.I never lied to you. I did contact Covid and RSV last year during the time I was representing you. However, I never stopped preparing for your hearing. Sadly, there is little factually accurate in your review. Despite this review being largely libelous and untrue I appreciate you sharing how you feel and wish you well.
