        We recently moved our startup office to Carr after touring 10 different coworking spaces in and around DTLA. Highlights here are the location (on top of the metro, lively neighborhood with a ton of services), the staff (Kathrin and Peter are friendly, responsive, and accommodating), and the atmosphere (professional without being stuffy). I highly recommend.

        Edit: Our company has not experienced 100% excellent customer service however, it has gotten much better. Its has great community . People who rent here are great . Is be nice to have a monthly get together if time allows to meet everyone !
