The cash register lady who worked around evening time (late 4 - 5 PM) on Dec 28, 2023 was extremely rude to some clients (a mother and her daughter). They were experiencing some difficulty in the store with the doors and instead of helping them nicely she was with a rude attitude towards them. Like they were a pest or something when I clearly saw them buy stuff? It bugs me off cause there was a group of girls who picked up their order a few minutes earlier and they were screaming and laughing so loudly inside the store. Plus they were all goofing around and causing commotion on the spinning door that the other clients few moments later were struggling with to leave. But of course the cash register lady told them nothing and smiled at the group of grown up girls acting like children! How was the cash register lady nice to ONLY them but not to a mother and her daughters?! Maybe it had to do with the mother and her daughters being POC and the other girls werent? I was so ticked off at the scene I didnt end up buying anything because one thing is for sure; that cash register lady does not treat her clients equally. Please be aware of one of the workers attitude. Unbelievable.

I definitely recommend the salon at Ulta Beauty in Westwood! Hazel totally fixed my hair! I had highlights was wasnt loving from another place I just did not feel good about my color at all. Im so glad I booked with her to correct everything. Hazel applied her magic potions to tone, gloss and condition and it turned out great! My hair was silky smooth, shiny, frizz free after she finished up. I would absolutely return for future hair maintenance and trust her expertise.

Hazel did an amazing job on my highlights. She actually fixed my orange roots from a previous hair stylist mistake and at not much extra cost. She was super friendly and clearly explained what she was doing to my hair. So impressed! I have been going to Ulta for my highlights for 3 years now in 3 different states and many locations. She is hands down going to give you a good service. She is also now my new hairdresser

For anyone interested in enhancing their hair I definitely recommend going to the Beauty Salon at this Ulta location! I highly recommend Miranda B., master stylist for all your hair color needs!! She is soooo knowledgeable on all the hair color trends and overall hair health. Shes my go-to hair stylist :))
