        I love their products, but they have no customer service. I had a problem with my payment choice on my last order. I felt like they blew me off instead of helping me. As long as you dont have a problem in ordering, enjoy your wonderful products. Customer service is very important!

        Didnt like it. Its all hype. No super long lashes like commercial. Disappointed and waste of time. Only good thing is they donate money.

        I am in Canada, and they now ship from Canada, and I must say the shipping is phenomenal! I order, and the next day, it is shipped! I love every product I have ordered, which has been a lot. Especially the amazing lash lengthening mascara, eye shadow stick, and the blush/highlighter 2 in 1. I also love that they are vegan, cruely free, and free of so many chemicals. Great job, top notch!

        I've been a customer for several years. This is absolutely THE BEST mascara on the market -- for women with a normal/healthy set of eyelashes to begin with. This product is different in that it forms a wrap or sleeve around your lashes. It lasts all day and does not smudge. It's best removed with a mild soap and water. I use an oil based cleanser and the mascara comes right off - without issue. I've tried micellar water and traditional eye makeup remover, but neither works as well at removing the mascara than plain soap and water. Just be sure to use a mild soap that doesn't sting your eyes. The only con to this mascara is that you do need to have a normal/healthy set of eyelashes to apply the mascara to. I've known women who just don't have a strong base of eyelashes to work with, and unfortunately this mascara is not for them. The eyebrow pencil is also phenomenal. Great colors that blend well with natural eyebrows and the brush the pencil comes with is the right kind of stiffness that really separates the hair and blends the color.

For the best results, we recommend focusing on one eye at a time if you tend to apply multiple coats. We find that if you continue to work with the lashes while the first coat is still wet you are able to create more length and volume much more easily!
